Hmm .. could be a number of things ....

It is very likely that a cramp in his leg .... Drink plenty of water, stretch, and potassium intake (bananas this).

If you are taking medications that have the formation of blood clots in the legs, you can consult with your doctor ....

It can also by the manner in which they are caused to bring ... They could block the blood flow, a room or stressing your muscles. Change positions.

Good luck.

Probably, convulsions due to a lack of potassium. Foods rich in potassium such as bananas Also, try oranges, kiwis, dried apricots, dates, figs, potatoes, spinach, squash, etc. in your daily diet.

If the problem persists, see your doctor.

The problem could be a number of things. I want to go to page MD and put in their symptoms, the lower the symptom checker (link). Remains dependent on the length of the location and extent of the pain, the next step is to ensure and to see a doctor. Hopefully nothing serious. Would not the word of an amateur nonsense. Only a doctor should tell someone you have a serious disease like cancer.
