How do you find out what lipstick shade goes with your complexion? - lipstick on your collar

I like to leave the red lipstick on the people and so, and lipsticks are expensive, but try a shadow that would find something for me. My skin is very pale pink blush easily, blonde hair, blue eyes. Can someone tell me what shade of lipstick to go?
